Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for a product or a group of products (mobile apps, website, APIs etc.) that support or drive sales increasing in GC.

  • Workout roadmaps for products and drive products from conception into to the market strategically.

  • Establish strong working relationship with local and global functional teams, engineering teams, marketing teams etc..

  • Aligns goals, feature sets, capabilities to business objectives for the product (i.e. Profitability, ROI, Market Penetration, Channel development, Brand Development, etc.)

  • In charge of the product management throughout the lifecycle including positioning the product, defining goals and successful matrix, planning and building the product, product launching plan and measurement etc.

  • Provide support as needed during the product building phase working as a liaison between engineering team and other stakeholders

  • Identifies the customer’s business and strategic needs, concerns, and desires for the value delivery capabilities of the products

  • Evangelizes new technology, predicts trends, and identifies new opportunities based on trends

  • Enhance customer experience, provide insights and understanding from customer perspective and incorporate into product design.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent education.

  • Several years’ experience as a product manager and experiences of guiding a product from inception to successful adoption in the market.

  • Solid experience in creating products targeted to end customers such mobile apps, e-commerce website etc. and proven tracking record of success.

  • Confident and persuasive, strong ability to present and sell ideas to senior management and stakeholders.

  • Very strong digital business analytical ability and problem-solving skills, and strategy development skills.

  • Proactively engages with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and design solutions using critical thinking and analytical skills and best practices.

  • Innovative and customer-centric, and a great sense of business acumen

  • Emotional Intelligence, ability to influence up and out.

  • Possess a technical background of digital products is preferred.

  • Knowledge about data analysis is preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
