• Act as an integrator between business owners, digital CoE and IT teams
• Lead cross-functional digital solution teams (i.e., Product Analyst, UX/UI Designers, Digital Developers, UAT, Solution Architects) to develop / improve digital solutions
• Maintain a good understanding of system or technical design, and be able to translate business requirements to technical requirements
• Clarify business requirements and stakeholder delivery expectations with Business Owner
• Provide technology inputs to Business Owner to write up the Business Requirement Document and User Story

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support digital product portfolio owner to build business cases and maximize the commercial value of digital products
  • Work with the business partners including technology, operations, and business to design and develop mobile and digital technology solutions and products
  • Define and establish project scope and business requirements with the stakeholders. Perform business analysis, user story, and define the workflow and UX/UI. Provide recommendations on process enhancements
  • Manage end-to-end project business analysis including feasibility study, requirement analysis, UAT, and implementation support
  • Lead the project with end-to-end management across initiation to final implementation. Manage a matrixed project team and secure project resources
  • Provide direction, consultancy, and support to business and project teams
  • Manage projects on schedule, budget, scope, quality, risks, issues, team, resource management, etc.
  • Manage and reconcile conflicts on resources and expectations between stakeholders, act as an escalation point when required
  • Lead cross-functional digital solution teams (i.e., Business Analyst, UX/UI Designers, Digital Developers, UAT, Solution Architects) to develop and meet the vision of the product
  • Maintain a good understanding of system or technical design, and be able to translate business requirements to technical requirements
  • Clarify business requirements and stakeholder delivery expectations with Business Owner
  • Guide business analysts in managing agile user stories with clear acceptance criteria for development team’s execution
  • Ensure user stories meet the definition of ready and are prepared for development
  • Work closely with the development team to provide guidance around the product direction and user stories
  • Track product progress and releases
  • Coach and mentor more junior members of the team

Minimum Job Requirements:

Education & Experience

  • 3 years of experience as a Product Owner driving and delivering a successful Product Roadmap in an Agile environment
  • 3 years of experience writing features, epics, user stories and acceptance criteria in a product development environment 
  • 3 years of experience working in digital projects to capture experience or technology nuances and enablers and translating them into actionable next steps 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 10 years) work experience

Competency

  • Have extensive knowledge of a product delivery model from inception to execution
  • Have a solid understanding and ability to describe and articulate the roles within a product team and responsibilities of the roles within a full-scale product team
  • Have used and/or created JIRA, Rally or Version One boards to track project scope
  • Have experience using InVision/Zeplin to help develop UI/UX mocks
  • Are experienced working in an Agile development process or have an Agile certification (POPM, APM, CSPO)
  • Have the ability to manage conflict within an organization regarding planning and prioritization
  • Have excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Have strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Have knowledge of current technology trends, especially in areas like Cloud, IoT, Blockchain, and AI
  • Proficient experience in using software such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Are an avid learner, initiative-taker, and team player
  • You are required to obtain the relevant license(s) if your job involves regulated activities
