Objective of job
Digital Program Management role (focusing on APP project) in DGRC to steer for strategic directions decision making, cross-functional alignment with counterparts from R&D and IT, Purchasing, Marketing & Sales and other functions. Facilitate necessary program management documentation and tasks assignment IT tool. Drive for successful roll-out of the planned Features & Services on MyStar APP, and drive for iterative product improvement as well as continuous customer usage enhancement.
This role is part of the “Digital Features & Services Program Management” team under DGRC Program Management center. This role is essential in ensuring close collaboration of APP key stakeholders and smooth execution of strategic decisions, and will directly influence the future MyStar APP strategic offering to the MB customers and potential customers in China.
Task description
- Organize and steer APP core strategic decisions committees, drive for strategic discussions and decision making in topics such as APP iterative target picture, requirement prioritization and roll-out scope.
- Faciliate proper IT tools or proper documentation mechanism to form transparency of APP project progress across key stakeholders and key functions (from concept, requirement, development, testing & release, data analysis to iterations).
- Elaborate processes, methods and standards to define continuous APP improvement and enhancement strategy, considering also APP business case factor.
- Be a part of the team culture that constantly looking for innovations and improvements, in regards to AD product strategy, new AD concepts and technical scouting, and cross-functional collaboration model.
