Job Description

The Digital Experiences (DX) team is part of the Customer and Seller Excellence organization under the Sales and Marketing Group.

The charter of this team is to deliver customer satisfaction and business growth through easy, intuitive digital experiences across product and customer lifecycles.

This team works with stakeholders across HQ, regions, and business units to:

  • Exceed customer expectations by delivering easy, relevant experiences

  • Create positive perceptions at scale by representing Intel's brand and corporate priorities

  • Retain and support existing customers

  • Influence our growth by making it easy to do business with us

  • Facilitate new revenue streams through a direct-to-end-user channel

  • The digital operations manager will work on several activities related to the effective and efficient working and scaling of our intel.com.

The successful candidate will be responsible, but not limited to:

  • Help implement a global translation and localization strategy aligned to our global footprint strategy. 

  • Manage the intake process and ensure that we are triaging digital experience requests. 

  • Track microsites and partner with owners to ensure compliance with governance rules.

A successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Proactively identify and prioritize technical and process issues that affect localization relevancy and site quality

  • Knowledge and/or experience of mar-tech products, and of using marketing capabilities to drive web operations.

  • Experience of working through ambiguity and driving strategic clarity in ambiguous situations.

  • Experience of evaluating multiple competing requests for resources and prioritizing those that have will have the highest level of impact.

  • Data-driven mindset - ability to understand and internalize analytics/data and apply learning to digital marketing activities.

  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

  • Strong project management and program management skills.

  • Willingness to drive collaboration and teamwork across stakeholder groups.

  • Willingness to develop and communicate creative solutions to business challenges.

  • Experience of driving digital maturity and ability to lead stakeholders through that process.

  • Excellent, visual, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.


Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

 Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any subject (Ideally Marketing, Technology, Business or Communications)

  • 3+ years of experience in working on digital operations potentially covering publishing, digital governance, translation strategy, digital project management, content strategy, taxonomy development and implementation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  

  • Experience creating localization process solutions, including for machine translation

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
