We are now looking for you, our next Digital Project Manager to join our Digital Lighthouse team! Our manufacturing site in Södertälje has been selected as a key strategic hub for digital innovations in our supply network – what we call a Digital Lighthouse. Our Digital Lighthouse team is responsible for evaluating innovation opportunities and driving development and adoption of new digital technologies across our 6 factories in Södertälje as well as cooperating globally with our other Lighthouse sites. You will be part of a newly established team and will get the opportunity to contribute to build up new processes and ways of working.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

As a project manager in the Digital Lighthouse team you will be responsible for driving several projects, from small-scale proof of concepts to wide-spread roll-outs. You will also play an essential role in evaluating project outcome and bring the projects through the different phases – a unique opportunity to be a part of an end-to-end process from idea to implementation.

You will lead cross-functional teams with project members from across all of Sweden Operations. You will be a part of a global environment, interacting and collaborating with people from our global community and collaborating with external parties.

Your main responsibility will involve:

  • Deliver projects from proof of concept stage to wide-spread roll-outs
  • Develop the project management processes with support of our project management frameworks (ADF/PMF) to fit an agile way of working
  • Make sure that the results and progress of the project are efficiently communicated to the global program and other stakeholders

Essential requirements:

  • Practical knowledge of project management principles and techniques.
  • Ability to use Swedish and English as working language.
  • Ability to operate independently and make sound business decision with limited information available.

Desireble requirements:

  • Knowledge about emerging digital technologies and experience in implementing digital technologies in an industrial context
  • Experience in, and knowledge of, the pharmaceutical industry or in other manufacturing industries
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience from change management initiatives
  • Strong interpersonal skills as well as strong leadership skills.
