Digital Reporting Application Manager
Job Purpose/Overview
Responsible as product owner on various digital reporting solutions to ensure each solution in production is updated, maintained and published in accordance with the agreed expectations. Provide on-going support to Global Business Unit reporting leads, where necessary users to address bugs/queries and enhancement requests on published reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Act as product owner on various digital reporting solutions to ensure each solution design is kept current and relevant to users which will include recommending enhancements throughout its life cycle up to recommendation to retire the solution.
Partner with Global Business Unit reporting leads to provide “follow the sun” user support to address any questions and/or issues with a published reporting solution.
Ensure reporting solutions are maintained / updated as agreed throughout the year to ensure these are “published” to meet the expectations built into the User SLAs.
Context and Scope
Complete how the job gets done and the way it operates
Deep working knowledge of digital reporting solutions in production, including the data models that support them.
Establish strong partnership with Solutions Development Owners to ensure proper transitions from development to production
Leverage a continuous improvement approach to ensure solutions are optimized
Strong customer focus to address user issues/questions.
Job Specifications/Qualifications
1. Education & Professional Qualification
University degree / bachelor’s degree in related Finance field
Professional finance qualification and/or MBA desirable
2. Knowledge/Experience
5 or more years in relevant Finance field
Prior finance operational experience preferred
