As part of our transformation, one of our key areas of focus is the modernization of our sales motions. The Insides Sales organisation is a newly formed Department with a charter to accelerate Microsoft’s growth in its cloud-first, mobile-first businesses along with the traditional businesses. Digital Sales is at the forefront of establishing a new sales model leveraging modern technology and big data and analytics to drive impactful demand response and targeted sales coverage

Responsibilities

The Digital Sales team is based in Microsoft’s EMEA Hub at our Dublin Campus and works with customers across EMEA. Working in Digital Sales at Microsoft, you will help customers to reach their business potential by using Microsoft technologies to guide them on the path to digital transformation. You will work with SMC through to Enterprise customers and enable their digital transformation journey working in tandem with our partner network.

 

As our customers are based across EMEA you will need a Fluency in English and of any EU, MEA or CEE languages, ideally German, Norwegian, Danish, Swedish or Dutch but we are always looking for multi lingual sales professionals.

 

Our organisation is divided into Demand Response, country aligned Markets (territories), Specialist Sales focusing on our 4 solution areas (Modern Workplace, Microsoft Azure, Data & Analytics or Dynamics.) and Customer Success.

 

We have multiple roles available across our organisation focus in Technical Sales, Account Management and Solution Selling.  Within these business areas we have multiple roles that focus on adding value to the customer through Microsoft technology.

Qualifications

As a Digital Sales professional you will specialise in one the following:

 

Azure:

Understanding of cloud computing market and ability to develop deep expertise in Microsoft Azure

 

Data & Analytics        

Understanding of data and analytics, cloud computing market and ability to develop deep expertise in SQL and Azure

 

Modern Workplace    

Understanding of productivity and communications market and ability to develop deep expertise in Office 365 and Skype / Team for business

 

Dynamics (Bus Apps)

Understanding of cloud-based business applications market and ability to develop expertise in Dynamics 365
