You will become the subject matter expert for our bespoke OneAdmin Portal. This is a pivotal role in our business as we develop existing functionality to incorporate further automation around stock and campaign management as well as looking at other opportunities and solutions required to support our future business strategy.
You will become an ambassador of all things OneAdmin, including ensuring the rules and functionality of the incorporated tools work as they should and driving rapid solutions to keep the portal operational. You will be the key point of contact for the Mercedes-Bez Cars teams and our retailer hub to help resolve any questions and to discuss future development needs.
As well as being at the forefront of change management, y ou will support in the development & maintenance of a knowledge library capturing key processes, functionality, system architecture, & algorithms.
As part of your role, y ou will work closely with the wider Digital Sales Team as well as with business analysts, our parent company Daimler AG & UK business teams to provide specification details for future developments & follow through to delivery.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who has had previous experience in systems management. Implementation/change management experience would also be beneficial for this position and we would consider applications from candidates who have had industrial work placement experience (at least a year) in similar roles.

- Well-developed interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships and interface at all levels across the organization
- Ability to develop strong understanding of system logic & functionality & associated data flow
- Adept in analysing data for problem solving & for preparing insight & commentary
- Able to calmly handle change, complexity and ever evolving plans
- Open to new ideas, opportunities and challenge – keen to drive innovation and make a difference
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in parallel and prioritise own workload
