The Sales Support Intermediate Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for providing a range of sales support activities including analysis of sales outcomes, opportunities and the creation of proposals in coordination with the Consumer Sales team. The overall objective of this role is to provide support/ancillary services to sales people and across all client segments.

Responsibilities:

• 1. Be the project consultant and coordinator.

  2. Initialize and coordinate the insurance digitalization projects.

  3. Vendor Management – to ensure the vendor complying the Citi standard and control the release quality.

  4. Ability to coordinate with regional team for any business purpose.

  5. Be the 1st line application issue support.

  6. Handling MIS report & production requirement.

  7. IVR/FAX service/Auto-dialer/Telephony support.

  8. Handling the AP/DB Server refresh (EOVS).

  9. Strong programming and troubleshooting skill.

  10. Miscellaneous tasks about PC/computer/software.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Required Licensing: Series 7 and Series 63
• Working knowledge of related industry practices and standards
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
