Our Sales team support our customers by providing clinical information about products, educational information, clinical training programs and resources. We support healthcare providers and healthcare systems meet the goals of the patients in their communities.

  • Contribute in building industrial leading digital call capability
  • Maximize customer opportunities by leveraging digital touchpoints and multi-channel engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high quality calls via the NiHao MSD call model.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop new customer opportunities to bring the business impact.
  • Work with Agile Content Studio for content development
  • Participate in digital/ marketing projects
  • Contribute in AP digital and operational model transformation
  • Assist on developing annual strategy and plans as well as ensure excellent execution

Qualifications

  • College graduate or above, majored in Healthcare or related field.
  • Good customer management ability to identify scientific interests and increase advocacy of our company products.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Good English speaking and writing abilities is a plus.
  • 2-3 years sales, marketing or medical experience in pharmaceutical Industry is a plus.
  • Experience of tele-detailing and digital marketing are a plus.
