ABB’s Electrification business is a leading provider of a full range of protection, control and measurement solutions - enabling safer and smarter electricity flow from substation to the point of consumption. We deliver products and systems designed to connect, protect and control electrical systems, ensuring reliability, efficiency and safety for equipment and personnel.

Your responsibilities

  • According to the company's strategy, engaging in sales activities such as related products/systems/services in designated markets, establishing long-term customer relationships, identifying and developing sales opportunities, especially opportunities for digital solutions
  • According to the needs of the business department in charge, engaging in product/system/service sales in the market to achieve business goals.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and actively promoting the full product line/system/service sales solutions to customers, especially digital solutions and ensuring a good customer experience.
  • Identifying and promoting new market opportunities, identifying digital sales opportunities and promoting digital solutions to customers.
  • When necessary, providing to manage the sales process, supporting project management activities and collection work etc.
  • Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background

  • Must have a bachelor’s or master’s degree, science and engineering (electrical automation major is preferred)
  • Must have more than three years of relevant industry or position work experience, strong sales ability, digital (automation) project experience and related knowledge.
  • Must be passionate about sales, having strong learning ability, being customer oriented, having a strong sense of responsibility and paying attention to personal integrity.
  • Must be results-oriented; having good interpersonal and communication skills and teamwork skills.
