Job Description
The Eaton Energy Transition and Digital team is accelerating advancement of its digital platform and is scaling plans to implement the software solutions to customers in Europe Middle East and Africa. The software technology is designed to help manage, monitor and control devices along with management of key resources such as power, space and IT Infrastructure in our customer computing environments with a particular focus on data center as well as commmercial and industrial buildings. We are looking for a Digital Sales Support Analyst to join our EMEA Digital Hub team. The Digital Sales Support Analyst is tasked with building all reports required to track key business indicators for the EMEA Digital Hub. He/she will be working with DataCenter and Channel champions as well as with Services organization to generate relevant reports using PowerBI and CRM data. Strong knowledge of reporting and business intelligence tools is required. Excellent oral and written communication skills and analytical ability are also necessary. 'The Digital Sales Support Analyst performs the below critical tasks: - Design the required reports to track Brightlayer EMEA level of business (from top of funnel activities down to actual revenues ) - Gather all required data from various sources to report Brightlayer EMEA Business for both Direct and Indirect sales motions to generate required reports - Handle incoming business escalations from partners and Eaton Country Sales teams and dispatch opportunities for proper follow-up and resolution within the Digital Hub or ET&D Services organization (SIS) Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (BSC/BA) in Business & Sales 1-3 years’ experience in business reporting, with proven record of success in similar roles experience with Power BI and other reporting tools are must Fluent English knowledge Strong communication skills Excellent ability to question, listen and articulate complex solutions Highly collaborative with internal stakeholders Ability to dialog and create value adding business interactions with all type of interlocutors from variety of background and job functions including C-levels.
