Assist Life Planner (LP) on digital sales tools including case submission related training and handholding consistent producer to make sure that LP can use digital sales tools effectively.

• Support any digital sales tools related issues such as iPoS, iMO, iCare, iKaP etc.
• Support any case submission related including quote generation, e-application data entry, e-signature, remote-signature etc.
• Work closely with training team to create video contents on digital sale tools
• Help in handholding consistent producer to make sure that LP can use digital tools properly for his / her own good
