•Conduct UAT to ensure product stability
•Handle hardware and software upgrade issue

•Collect new demands from dealers
•Consolidate FAQ and ensure know-how of first level support
3 Digital showroom device usage tracking
•Continously monitor dealers’ usage on digital showroom devices and provide timely steering when necessary
•Prepare digital showroom usage report on regular basis
•Support Digital Showroom Management Platform (DSMP) development
4 Communication
•Communicate new function, development plan, downtime, and special case to dealers
