Position Description:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Marketer to lead the formation of
our digital marketing center of excellence.
This candidate has the opportunity to join a dynamic marketing organization
poised for transformation with digital at the heart of the capability set. We
are looking for a self-starting senior leader who has a proven track record of
being able to set up high performing teams that scale globally.
This ideal candidate has a demonstrated history of driving change and tangible
impact in high-growth, fast-moving environments.
Responsibilities:
\- Create, lead and grow a team charged with the creation of digital marketing
programs for our company. The scope includes social media expertise inclusive
of owned, earned and paid, e-commerce expertise and omni channel experience.
Core capabilities in web, SEO/SEM, marketing database management and
optimization, email, and display advertising campaigns.
\- Measure and report to Marketing Stakeholders the performance of all digital
marketing programs against ROI and KPI goals.
\- Leverage data gathered through A/B testing and measurement experiments to
optimize user funnels, increase conversion and support Lenovo’s account based
marketing (ABM) programs.
\- Partner with internal content teams to deliver effective content for
digital demand generation programs, supporting each stage of the buyer journey
for targeted personas.
\- Create insightful analytics and reporting for marketing management, product
and content marketing, and other internal constituencies
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience
across multiple channels and customer touch points
\- Collaborate with Creative & Demand Generation teams to develop and execute
creative with audience testing. Applying key behavioral takeaways to optimize
campaigns and establish best practices and benchmarks.
\- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective
for adoption where appropriate.

#### Position Requirements:
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree required. Masters degree with emphasis in digital/social
marketing preferred
• 15+ years of technical marketing communications program management
experience
• Strong high tech/IT business/offerings knowledge, business operations and
financial acumen
• Experienced in Content-focused digital customer-engagement marketing
• Thorough knowledge of applying marketing analytics to produce
business/revenue growth
• Creative acumen via experience in visual and verbal communication systems
• Experience managing multiple agencies/partners to common results
• Proactively anticipates emergent technologies and coaches others on
alternative media solutions
