#### Position Description:


• Work with Lenovo Product BU and Research Lab on bringing technology and
products to market in the form of business and technology solutions. To do
that, the candidate must possess deep technical skills and analytical
capabilities.
• Work with customers to document IT requirements and then provide
comprehensive technical solution to help solve the customers’ business needs.
Be able to articulate clearly Lenovo value proposition and lead the technical
discussion with customers together with domain SMEs.
• Use consultative approach to lead internal as well as external architecture
development of business solutions. Understanding all working layers of system
level components including ecosystem partners applications
• Drive the solution level view in the development and incubation of new
services
• Provide solutions and system design in support of customer business
scenario. Working with customer on successful execution of E2E PoC process.
• Drive the integration of the solution into an existing infrastructure:
systems integration, implementation and integration of Third Party products
and services into a cohesive solution design
• Be the subject matter experts in IoT, AR/VR,  AI, and Blockchain, and
provides field enablement on innovative solutions

#### Position Requirements:


Soft Skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams to drive solution development in a
collaborative environment including ecosystem partners
• Establish trusted advisor at senior customer CXO on technology visions and
strategy
• Be able to communicates effectively with excellent presentation skills,
strong written and oral skills, customer relationship skills including the
ability to quickly create productive collaborations among key stakeholders
• Excellent command of multi-language skills
Technical Skills
• Deep knowledge of digital transformational technologies including AR/VR,
IoT, BigData, Blockchain and AI
• Program languages: Java, C#, C/C++, Python, JSON etc..
• Experienced track record in developing large and complex solutions design
and system integration
• Complete technical architecture: deep expertise in two or more technology
domains (data architecture, applications/middleware, UI, infrastructure)
• Experienced in big data and data modeling, 3-D graphic design, and
conversion of 2D to 3D imaging

Education and certifications:

• Requires a technical undergraduate or graduate degree (or equivalent) EE/CS.
Advanced degree in business study would be helpful.
• Requires 8-11 years working experience in a combination of IT consulting /
systems integration and IT role(s).
• Industry experience (Industrial, Healthcare, and Government) is highly
desirable
• Enterprise Architect certification (TOGAF 9) preferred
