Position Overview Siemens is on a mission to enable new business models and ensure a best-in-class individual customer experience along the E2E customer journey. The Digital sales team is tasked with delivering the next generation Ecommerce platform. The product solution architect is a key role in which the individual will be owning the end to end platform architecture and ensure a scalable, high performance solution architecture is in place. Key responsibilities of this role include: Serve as a digital solution architect with SME knowledge in Architecting, designing, implementing solution in the Ecommerce, PIM, CRM, contact center space. Design the solutions for cross-functional multi-platform systems and technical capabilities to meet desired business outcome Participate in the development of new guardrails and the evolution of existing guardrails Provide technical leadership, coaching, consulting and direction to initiatives and IT colleagues Lead evaluation of business process and technical solutions Work with product management to understand desired business outcomes and how technical solutions contribute to those solutions Conduct roadmap sessions with business leadership and vendor architecture Define / blueprint and implement technology solutions to meet the business needs Define and drive POCs / pilots / MVPs to scale implementations Provides ownership of Technical Solution Deliverables Lead the programs from solutioning to implementation / rollout Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience 10+ years of related experience Experience designing and building high volume eCommerce web experiences Demonstrates expert level knowledge and deep understanding across multiple areas in the domain of Ecommerce, CRM and Customer Experience Extensive experience to develop integrated execution plans including resources leveling, effort estimations, cross-team dependencies Strong knowledge of designing Architecture Diagrams and Data flows Capable of recommending best practice solutions based on project and business needs and owning overall design of the technical application Good verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving skills Organization: Information Technology Company: Siemens Industry, Inc.
