Job Description

The Digital Experience Coordinator is primarily responsible for executing and supporting the global digital strategy on Intel.com for our corporate strategy/content, Foundry and other workstreams.

We partner closely with internal marketing teams across communications/marketing and corporate strategy as well as external agency partners and business unit marketing strategists to deliver digital experiences that delight our audiences and drive growth and preference for Intel.

The role spans ideation, execution and ongoing optimization. As a digital experience strategist, you will execute digital experiences on Intel.com. This includes guiding the design process with our creative partners to ensure our specific .com requirements are being met, oversee production of the pages, ensure measurement frameworks are being developed to analyze performance of the page and oversee ongoing optimizations.

Additionally you will guide the operations and support model for this area of the site and content, ensuring that stakeholders needs are being met and we're meeting organizational and team goals.

This role will work closely with their digital counterparts, UX strategists, business unit stakeholders/subject matter experts, comms, marketing strategy teams, creative teams and external agencies as well as Publishing, IT and Geo stakeholders. This role will manage several projects concurrently and will be required to effectively balance competing priorities and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Lead creation and execution of digital strategies across Intel.com

  • Creation and execution of content strategies tightly aligned to customer insights and data

  • Management of the content across our Corporate digital experiences on Intel.com

  • Recommendation of process improvements for greater efficiency and effectiveness

  • Synthesize and analyze project data and information and provide clear recommendations for optimization or projects

  • Work closely with Digital Producers/publishers to manage the content lifecycle including content refresh, off-time, refresh and EOL

  • Partner closely with other teams that manage and maintain content on intel.com

  • Other duties assigned

A successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Ideal candidate is digitally literate and possesses significant knowledge of the web and related technologies

  • Understand how to craft and implement digital strategies that can scale globally

  • Expertise in applying persona/market segmentation, messaging, brand strategy and creative into a digital environment

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, ability to forge strong relationships and build influence

  • Familiarity with web design, user experience strategies, information architecture, and navigation structures

  • Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and web landing page best practices

  • Understanding of A/B testing

  • Understanding of SEO/SEM principles and application

  • Ability to make web page optimizations based on performance data

  • Ability to work effectively in a constantly changing and sometimes ambiguous environment, make decisions quickly, manage simultaneous projects, and work with many stakeholders across internal groups and geographies

  • Must be a relentless collaborator, problem solver and comfortable extending yourself to build new relationships and establish trust

  • Must have experience working in digital marketing at a global, large scale semi-conductor company

  • Strong presentation, and communication skills. Attention to detail and organization are also key

  • Operationally savvy and able to manage workstreams, timelines, and processes

  • Adobe Analytics and/or Adobe Experience Manager experience is a plus

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

  • Excellent samples of work available to discuss


Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship

Minimum Qualifications:

•2+ years of relevant digital experience.        

•Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree in advertising or marketing is considered a plus.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$76,380.00-$114,340.00

Work Model for this Role

This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
