Description
- Leading the Digital Transformation Office (DTO) tasks of RD China, to centrally govern the Use Case portfolio management, User Case project management, overall digitalization progress monitoring, and communication of digital strategy, events and other related activities, under the collaboration mode together with BU, IT, and external partners.
- Responsible for Management engagement and communication to effectively and efficiently steer the progress of MBRDC digital transformation activtities, including digital idea evaluation and pipelining, budget control and planning, procurement and contracting, status tracking, issue escalation, and risk mitigation etc.
- Play a leading role to design, execute and monitor MBRDC digital transformation frameworks and procedures, for continuous business optimization, new technology application, digital capability improvement, and organizational mindset shift.
- Taking charge of Use Case generation, validation and prioritization together with BU, IT, Controlling to manage and control the UC portfolio of digitalization.
