HAECO ITM Limited is a joint venture between HAECO (Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Co. Ltd) and Cathay Pacific, providing inventory technical management services to different airline customers in Hong Kong and around the world. Customers anticipate to benefit saving from the ITM services through synergy of component pooling, sound technical know-how of component engineering, repair and supplier management.

HXITM is now looking for candidates who are interested in this business for the position of Digital Transformation Manager.

Scope of Duties:

• Main focal point between Airlines, Business Units, IT, supplier
• Be responsible for change management
• Represent ITM Business Units with external and internal stakeholders
• Create and update Project Plan
• Collect requirements from Business Units or Customers
• Build and assist the Business Unit on to be processes
• Assist Business Unit in writing Test Scripts
• Coordinate UAT
• Coordinate with IT, Supplier and Business Unit on project progress
• Plan and evaluate impact to the business
• Collect and present business benefits (tangible and intangible)
• Train end users (in ITM and Customers)
• Manage administration of platform
• Manage project cost
• Support sales and marketing team on demonstration to potential customers, conference or to answer RFP

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years experiences in project management or business analyst
• Education: a master degree or equivalent. IT skills is definitely a plus
• Experience in MRO, airlines is appreciated
• Able to work independently while providing leadership and positive collaboration
• Creative and strategic thinking skills, including the ability to analyse business issues and identify key risks/mitigating controls, combined with a pragmatic approach to problem solving and the ability to work under pressure and within deadlines
• Should possess effective presentation skills
• Strong communication skills
• Flexible to business travel
