The Digital Transformation (DigiT) Lead is a true influencer within the construction industry and enables business change wholeheartedly within Fab Construction Enterprise (FCE). A change leader in digital transformation is capable of marketing digital opportunities to construction stakeholders and the rest of the organization. This role enables the change to trickle down throughout the entire Fab Construction Enterprise organization and its transition to a modern digital construction powerhouse.
The nature of this digital change leader needs to have proven experience in communication and organizational changes. The "agile" mindset required for this role helps to deeply understand the need for change and adapt to it fast while helping others in FCE to do the same and is key for this role to find ways of monetization by reimagining and enabling digital construction business models.
The head of digital transformation knows first-hand how the strategy should be managed, has very good soft skills, and accountability. Working closely with FCE staff, you will be the driving force behind our organization's digital transformation.
Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and closely engage across digital transformation projects as we undertake a major initiative to modernize our construction processes to maximize utilization of data and systems and take advantage of newer digital transformation tools, so that we bring new insights to leaders in an interactive and timely manner
- Strategic business leadership - lead the business case for Digital Transformation, building on the work already completed to quantify the business impact and investment required to achieve the goals of the program. Articulate strategic value of initiatives and incorporate into portfolio prioritization framework
- Partner effectively across organizational boundaries to develop a roadmap for continuous improvement ensuring that construction processes and systems adapt to changes in the business environment, construction standards, and IT capabilities
- Actively originate and shape digital opportunities to transform the way FCE uses digital tools and systems to better execute our construction operations in an effortless experience and equip our workforce with the right set of tools and data for maximum efficiency to operate processes
- To work colloquially, as a partner and to lead the DigiT strategy projects to benefit realization stages by collaborating with construction functional/cross functional teams, business teams and with external vendors, as per the requirement
- Co-managing business change with discipline leaders and the teams by facilitating, for example stakeholder workshops to create action plans and execute against them
- Act as an ambassador of change to build a sustainable continuous improvement culture, infusing relevant learning, create effective best practices sharing forums and develop skills along with capabilities in change management

* This is a temporary position for 24 months
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field + 9 years experience in extensive end-to-end program/project management experience involving significant business process and system changes delivering value-driven benefits
- Masters degree in Business, Technology, Engineering or related field + 6 years experience in extensive end-to-end program/project management experience involving significant business process and system changes delivering value-driven benefits
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA with 2+ years of Intel experience.
- Construction Management experience
- Experience with leading a large global organization through a Digital Transformation

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
