Vet E-Commerce Sales Manager

The Veterinary E-Commerce Sales Manager owns the relationship with our Canadian Veterinary online digital platform service provider. From leading our eComm Vision and strategies to programs implementation and contract negotiation this individual develops, drives growth in the Veterinary Business by working closely with field sales team and our external partners to identify opportunities for Veterinary customers in the digital space.

 

What are we looking for?

  • University degree or equivalence
  • 5+ years of sales combined experience or related fields
  • Strong knowledge of ecommerce & digital sales preferred
  • B2B sales experience with small to medium sized businesses a plus
  • Excellent verbal & written communication as well as interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills using Excel, Word & PowerPoint
  • Veterinary industry experiences would be preferable
  • Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
  • Bilingual (French and English) an asset

 

What would be your key responsibilities?

  • Lead the development of our Veterinary eComm/IVO (Independent Vet online) Vision & Strategies
  • Responsible for the relationship and partnership of our online platform service provider relationship/negotiation of investment & resources as well as contract terms
  • Identify new opportunities to achieve profitable sales growth objectives within assigned territory by helping customers develop an Omnichannel strategy, including selling diets online.
  • Responsible for developing our Veterinary eComm playbook and supporting all field associates through on-time coaching and on-boarding material
  • Provide strategic advice and help customers build their businesses online by working closely with them in a consultative role.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including digital partners, to provide valuable contributions to the company and within your area team.
  • Responsible for delivering monthly scorecard updates to ensuring achievement of our omni-channel KPIs
  • Participate in digital and industry trade shows, regional and company meetings/conference calls as required.
