Job Description

Digital ads automation manager

Part of Accor Global Media team, the Digital ads automation manager will drive paid media automation adoption with our partner Incubeta, with Accor Regional Hubs, Accor Central Digital Factory, media partners and our media agency. Incubeta is a solution for digital ads personalization thanks to real time data feeds and dynamic creative templates that helps us reduce time to market and maximize media efficiency.

In an international environment, the role of this position is to orchestrate the governance around the solution, the strategy and roadmap, to drive adoption by Accor regional Hubs & media agency affiliates and to continuously improve data connectivity, follow performance to extend usage to new business verticals and new formats / partners.

 

Key responsibilities:

  1. Orchestrate the governance around the Global automation solution to facilitate local adoption
  • Define a scalable adoption plan including strategic roadmap, training and education, technical empowerment, and a satisfaction monitoring process
  • Define and optimize a clear dynamic campaign process including documentations and support : briefs, data architecture, RACI & SLAs and mapping all internal and external stakeholders (the technical partner, the media agency, the media partners and the Accor Hubs)
  • Define global KPIs, follow Hubs in their performance level, and make annual global reports
  • Manage the budget and the scope of work
  • Coordinate social dynamic ads management on Sprinklr, our global social media tool
  • Impulse a positive and regular collaboration with Regional Hubs community
  • Animate worldwide webinars sessions around new products, cases

 

  1. Drive the adoption by Accor Hubs & media agency affiliates
  • Onboard Accor regional teams through global presentations and meetings
  • Empower regional teams and agencies through guidelines, trainings, brief templates, processes
  • Lead the dynamic ads priority within the Accor X Meta deal
  • Manage data feed delivery quality and support with the partner (routine check, emergency support process & documentation, etc)
  • Monitor dynamic products and solution adoption
  • Manage Incubeta, the technical and creative solution during the deployment
  • Coordinate with media agencies, media partners, and social media platforms
  • Share cases, learnings and best practices with regional local teams and media agency

 

 

  1. Extend partners and data connectivity to leverage new media, formats & data opportunities
  • Drive the data feed management:
    • Identify and connect the most reliable internal or external data sources with feed management platform
    • Coordinate with internal and external teams to create and manage different product/service catalogs.
    • Support, optimize and maintain a good quality of feed delivery
  • Support media performance and feeds management for travel and new business verticals (restaurants, experiences, resorts, …) with dynamic ads solutions.
  • Explore and develop opportunities with innovation, new data, new ads formats, for new media and social media partners.
  • Conduct active competitive intelligence and technical watch
  • Animate worldwide sessions around latest news

 

  1. Communication
  • “Make it known” after the “make it happen” projects : internal communication though cases to share, videos, presentations and exploration of external communication opportunities

 

Profile:

  • BAC + 5 in Marketing / Communication, with minimum 3 years’ experience in digital marketing /media buying.
  • Good understanding of paid social & programmatic environment
  • Good analytical skills, familiar with data analysis
  • Experience in managing projects in a complex organizational environment
  • Experience in leading and managing external partners
  • Organized, rigorous, autonomous, team spirit, dynamic, positive, and proactive
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Interest for digital evolution, new technologies to drive usage of advanced technological tools
  • Knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Google DV360 and Campaign Manager, Sprinklr is a plus
  • Fluent in French and English
