Digital manager, Biorefining commercial APAC, Beijing China

We been on a big transformational journey towards digitalized ways of working. As part of that journey - combining the biotechnology with digital - we are looking for a Digital Manager to join the biorefining commercial team.

Reporting to the Director of Biorefining commercial, you will be part of a team of people leading the customer engagement to design and implement new digital ideas with selected partners in the field of biorefining. You will be designing our digital service model and be responsible for the formulation and execution of our digital strategy with the key partners. You will be closely connected with colleagues in US and DK to ensure knowledge sharing and the speed of execution. We are looking for someone that can help us create innovative digital solution that benefit our customer’s operation.

As our new Digital manager, you will:

• Drive the design of digital service model with selected strategic accounts
• Understand the value creation of digital services and be able to articulate the value to the internal and external stakeholders
• Work closely with the customers to scope detailed digital products that create value for customers
• Identify and collaborate effectively with external partners and ensure speedy execution of prioritized digital activities with internal and external partners
• Work closely with colleagues from Tech service, US digital team and consultants in all phases of the projects
• Contribute to our collective understanding of state of art digital services in B2B environment

In this position you need to:

• Have a high level of digital literacy, capable to scope/design/execute best digital solutions to achieve the desired business outcome
• Have minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role working in the digital field where digital services are provided to industrial clients
• Possess strong skills to articulate the value creation of digital solutions to stakeholders in the commercial environment
• Have strong executional power and master the process of rapid ideation, prototyping, and project execution
• Be able to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Have at least a Bachelor degree in a technical discipline
