For our team based in Prague and Lisbon we are looking for a candidate on the position of a Digitalization Consultant with focus on digital Portfolio Management and Enterprise Architecture. In order to support the GBS digital transformation journey multiple challenges and initiatives taking place on Siemens level have to be incorporated and need to be reflected within the GBS Enterprise Architecture and respective IT Portfolio. Within this transformation the baselining and continuous improvement of the as-is architecture will be a major building block similar to adherence with protecting our digital assets and implementing global standards. Digitalization Consultants, acting as an interface between the business, governance, and technology worlds, they are identifying optimization potential, work out, recommend, and jointly implement value-creating solutions together with respective counterparts. What role will you play? You will understand and utilize relevant applications to support IT Portfolio, Asset Management and Enterprise Architecture. You will support and contribute to establish a target picture for user centric mapping of applications and asset protection. You will conduct analyses, identify white spots, derive necessary roadmaps to implement mitigation measures with counterparts. You will build and establish respective dashboards to gain transparency, drive the continuous improvement process and support decision making. You will support and contribute to establish a future oriented GBS Enterprise Architecture. You will successfully interact with respective counterparts (e.g. O DS Domains, GBS BLs, Siemens IT, div. Siemens Goverance) maintain a solid stakeholder management translate the counterparts’ goals into value creation activities for GBS. Does this sound Good? Our perfect candidate should have… Successfully completed university degree in Information Systems-oriented Business Administration, Economics or Management or other equivalent area Experience in Management, or Project Management or IT-Consulting Knowledge and experience in Cyber Security and Asset Protection High flexibility to adapt to a fast-changing technological and organizational environment Experience in agile development Analytical skills, especially regarding the identification of value potentials and business-technology fit Strong communication skills, knowledge on how to align with both product teams and stakeholders Ability to drive the adoption of new concepts and processes A mindset for curiosity, ownership, and positivity, fitting well within our organizational culture.
