Change the future with us… Using your expertise, you will be responsible for sparkling consultancy spirit in the following areas: Focus is the implementation of a Collaborative Metaverse integrated or inside the M365 Ecosystem Develop, drive and implement smart Metaverse scenarios in the driver seat Translate technology to people experiences, user stories and journeys Support Program Management initiatives for user adoption Cooperate with Global Siemens IT diverse teams for Metaverse and consultancy initiatives Develop smart concepts of integrating different approaches for the collaborative metaverse Get settled in the ecosystem of state-of-the-art technologies including Web3 Validate emerging technologies with impact potential for Siemens internally and external portfolio enhancements Strong alignment with Cybersecurity & Data Protection Ensure high customer satisfaction for consultancy services What you need to make real what matters: Several years of professional work experience in an Information Technology environment A University Degree in Computer Science or related field Strong consultancy mindset in the sense of willingness to solve challenges, master the unknown, always offering a next step and a high degree of resilience & ownership culture Technical understanding and high interest to dive deeper into new technologies and opportunities (including Web3) Willingness to learn, understand and establish new IT Services Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem Good knowledge of the M365 architecture; API Integrations & Cybersecurity know how is highly advantageous Experience in designing, implementing and maintaining IT applications Working knowledge and understanding of IT Service Management (ITIL Processes) Solid background in communication and change management – gaming competences is a plus Good presentation, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills are required.
