This exciting role offers opportunity to: Responsible for Santak digitizing platform build up which includes all Santak business processes such as distributor operation, channel management and internal sales operation processes; Responsible for Santak digitizing platform upgrade, including the base of channel business management tools, and supporting management system for channel such as human resources management, IT system management and so on; Keep up with digitizing technical and solution to provide advanced and efficient solution along with Santak business development; Improve data management and analysis capability and optimize e-commerce management processes and improve e-commerce digital capabilities; Manage Santak Export internal process, sales data and customer operation; Optimize team operation processes, define team job responsibilities and process basing on digitizing platform and build up team capability to meet team upgrade requirements; Enable channel to improve digitalization operation capability. Qualifications Requirement: Bachelor or above Above 10 years related working experiences and team management experiences Knowledge on latest market digitizion tech and know how to deploy. Good business acumen Strong interpersonal and communication skill, good teamwork spirit, self-motived, goal-oriented and energetic; Willing to work hard and face challenge; Good project management; Fluent in written and spoken English.
