What part will you play? •Responsible for development of technical concepts and specific standards based on our Totally Integrated Automation (TIA) products and Digitalization. Support implementation of automation concepts based on the end-user standard (VASS, SCUBE, APA, Transline etc.) •Support core automotive technology topics such as SICAR, SIMOVE, AI/ML , Industrial Edge etc. with potential customers. •Drive DE Synergy, DE Modules and BU Digitalization topics for automotive customers and appropriately identifying the same in Siesales. •Support account managers in the region on topics related to Battery pack & motor manufacturing in the EV domain. •Initiation and coordination of holistic automation and digitization concepts and presentation to customers •Technical support for presentations / workshops (customers / OEMs)/technology days and trade fairs. •Implementation of user trainings for automation concepts, technical support (presales) for strategic projects, pilot projects & migration projects. •Close cooperation with Account Developer, Corporate Accounts managers, DI SW team & select auto majors. •Willingness to work for Indian and Global projects to support various customers. •Supporting generation of references and success stories/lessons learned along with account managers. •Leading , mentoring a small team of motivated professionals to drive the business outcome. Education & Experience Required ! •10+ years of experience in Discrete Industrial Automation with focus on Automotive domain. Knowledge on DI SW portfolio is an added advantage. •Bachelors/Masters qualification in Electrical/Electronics/Electronics & Telecommunications/Instrumentation engineering •Technical know-how of Automotive processes like press, body, paint, assembly, powertrain, battery pack, eMotor shops is preferred •Very good communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders and good grasp of techno-commercial aspects of business •Adept with customer co-creation, agile and consulting concepts to drive customer engagements •Willingness to learn and constantly upgrade oneself to prepare for fast changing and uncertain business environment You will be performing this from Kalwa, Navi Mumbai, India, where you’ll get the chance to work with teams impacting entire cities, countries – and the shape of things to come.
