PURPOSE OF THE JOB
? To develop team/ conduct in class training and field coach, work with retail team for the sales growth.
? To take in charge of Retail Development projects implementation and follow up in the field.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
Training & Coach
1. Plan with regional retail team for training program on the novelty, integration and professionalization
2. Co-work with Retail to build up BC development program, especially on the specialization
3. Develop BC annual training plan and make sure the implementation as well as training result
4. Build up a strong coach and feedback system to support the improvement on product knowledge, brand history, story telling as well as service standard
5. Guide and improve BC overall skills to provide better service by providing coach on counters, around 30% working time
6. Follow-up G.R.O.W training result and practice at the field level as well as review the performance of retail team
Retail Management
1. Assist the ATR (Addict to Retail) project and ensure the standard execution on counter through every field work in Region: - Counter management:daily brief, merchandising check; D.I.O.R process, business priority monitoring and tracking
? - Shift management linked with traffic and floor management
? - IPOS project execution follow-up
2. Co-work with retail managers on business format, training and follow up
3. Cabin execution and performance follow-up and feedback to skincare team
DIOR Standard Service:
1. Work closely with retail team on the D.I.O.R and other service continual improvement and execution
2. Fllow-up Mystery Shopper project including analysis, coaching and action plans with retail team to help on the improvement on-counter service.
Capability Building
1. Work on systematic training programs and coaching field staffs including Retail Management training, Retail Excellence training and follow up (AmbassaDior)
- Closely work with HR to propose a clear/multiple career path of Beauty Consultant, Specialist and Expert, Retail Management as well as development plan, follow up progress and evaluation (e.g.BC grading & specialization Annual Review)
Supports on sales team
Support line manager on all the projects including information collection and consolidation
Cabin projects: work closely with cross function to ensure cabin opening and daily operation.
Open doors:work closely with cross function to interview and daily follow up(BSS、Boutique)
Project follow up:3 axis Key project follow up and collection successful cases with sales team
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Technical skills:
? At least 5 years relevant working experiences or previous experience in cosmetics/fashion-related brand
? Good make up skills
? Fluent in Mandarin and English and in both written and oral communication
? Good PC skills and familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
