PURPOSE OF THE JOB
? Assist all administrative issues (CHTW) & ensure a smoothly daily operation.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
Provide efficient assistance to N+1 & N+2 managers:
1. Monthly, weekly and daily schedule planning and management
2. Business trip planning and co-ordination (flight booking/accommodation/transportation)
3. Responsible for drafting announcement, business correspondence
4. Responsible for expense claims and help team members to submit to accounting
5. Set up clear and efficient filing system
6. Responsible for team’s airport visit permit application & arrangement, including important visitors’ travel / accommodation plan/airport permit application
7. Responsible for POSM inventory management and follow up and orders placement to local market warehouse.
Offer business support to Regional TR team:
8. Responsible for tracking all kind of invoices from each operators (CH/TW) & send to Singapore accounting for payment after validated by Area Director
9. Organize meetings and events, prepare meeting agenda and related documents, taking meeting minutes and follow up
10. Assist Regional BC seminar coordination and logistic arrangement
11. Assist operators’ digital activities content preparation and follow up/coordinate with Singapore team to get materials.
12. Prepare all relevant business reports and presentations in a high quality and professional manner
13. Special projects’ coordination:
- BC free goods/team’s free goods /Operators cycle meeting coordination & gifts preparation
- Annual BCs seminar coordination/3 sessions BCs annual Party support:
BC annual Party organization and BCs trip/accommodation arrangement. (CHTW)
14. Special Projects follow-up: Operators monthly price pick up and consolidation/operators’ on line shops tracking & feedback
15. Other Administration Work
- Help Dior Supervisor with promoters contract preparation and follow up

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Key competencies:
? Well organized and effective time management (multi-tasking)
? Strong communication skills

? Good sense of figure & emergency (prioritizing skill & time management)
? 5 years related experience in multinational company
Technical skills:
? Fluent in Mandarin and English and in both written and oral communication;
? Good PC skills and familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
