Diploma Program Manager

Who will be responsible for coordinating between the headquarters in the US and schools in China to ensure that Diploma Program goals are being met and that schools make progress in responsibly offering an Advanced Placement Program and rigorous English language program.
●Design and offer professional development, observe teaching and provide ongoing mentoring to teachers (both expat teachers and Chinese nationals) so that teaching and learning are part of a process of continual improvement.
●As a teacher leader, will be expected to teach classes modeling best practices and work with students on a regular basis etc.
Salary:Negotiable

Requirements
●Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years of leadership experience, and additional teaching experience at the high school level.
●Experience in American and international schools is a plus.
●Residency in China and ability to travel between schools located in different parts of the country is a must. Some travel to the USA may also be necessary.
●Experience with Advanced Placement (AP) is a plus, as is experience preparing students for the college admissions process.
