Do you have a flair for Accounts Management? Are you interested in working closely with Direct Access Client advisors in a fast moving environment? We need someone who has a passion for our products and processes, and willing to work within our team and in close collaboration with various internal stakeholders to:
• lead IT enhancements and process improvement projects
• identify, evaluate and mitigate risks, proactively formulating holistic solutions relating to Direct Access Clients (DAC) account management
• ensure smooth and prompt onboarding, amendments, offboarding and MIS of DAC relationships in Hong Kong and Singapore
• have a good understanding of client and account relationship management
• execute against defined DAC controls, policies and procedures
• actively contribute to continuous improvement of processes and services
