Job Description

What you will do
  • Maximise sales growth for [Ansul] brand. Nominal sales budget FY20 $XXm. Maximize growth based on market potential rather than incremental growth. Manage pricing to ensure continuous margin improvement.
How you will do it
1. Work with Sales Manager to develop own goals that reflects strategy and driving to ensure results. Goals should reflect a combination of activity to meet current year target as well as develop long term business development. Be relentless in pursuit of goals, seek support and investment where required. Ensure sales call activity is focussed on closing deals and new opportunity development.
2. Manage distributor performance targets, ensure continuous improvement in sales and coverage. Fix performance issues, taking action to replace where necessary. Develop good personal relations with all accounts. Maximise coverage through use of both Distributor and Contractor sales model. Seek strategic partnerships with major contractors where possible.
3. Development of sales strategy in territory that delivers growth, encompassing channel, vertical and geographic growth. Plan to include end-users, specifiers and contractors. Seek to broaden geographic and vertical market reach.
4. Maximise use of Salesforce CRM and ensure high standard of system use. Provide continuous customer feedback in order that organization maintains Customer Focus and is receives high quality market intelligence.
5. Ensure the organization maintains customer focus by escalating issues which compromise customer experience.
6. Seek continuous learning to improve product technical and commercial skills. Coach team to improve performance.
7. Follow company processes and adheres to code of conduct.

What we looking for
1. Bachelor’s degree or above
2. Proven track records in Sales in building solutions / product distribution. 5+ Years working experience, in a competitive environment
3. Channel sales experience, ability to develop new sales channels, set targets, manage performance and channel conflicts.
4. Track record of developing new business with major end users and / or in new vertical and geographic markets
5. Proactive and strong sense of customer service mind set, good communication skill with highly developed sense of integrity
6. Strong personal communication skills.
