- Actively engage the client around learning & development opportunities, and manage the pursuit of these towards conversion
- Develop and manage engagements that will deliver learning solutions for the client based on both an understanding of their needs as well as key trends in learning delivery
- Work closely with the client and stakeholders within the firm to formulate learning solutions that address the learning objectives set out by the client
- Act as a key influencer in shaping decisions around learning design, incorporating innovation and technology based learning solutions where it meets client’s needs
- Manage the delivery of design solutions including digital learning technology
- Work with subject matter experts and learning delivery teams to design and develop content
- Manage the quality of programmes, including selection of trainers and review of delivery quality
- Deliver programmes as needed
- Ensure communication and alignment with local, regional and global IT counterparts to ensure ongoing transparency and alignment on delivery plans, resources and timelines
Experience and background
- University degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Management or other related disciplines, prior knowledge / experience in financial services would be beneficial
- At least 10 years’ relevant experience in learning and development in large organisations, preferably in MNCs
- Experienced in managing end-to-end learning programmes and leading projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Solid understanding of learning solutions & technology
- Strong people skills with the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships both internally and externally
- Strong stakeholder management and consultation skills in order to provide advice to business leaders and deliver effective solutions
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Organised, self-motivated, enthusiastic and proven rapid learning capability
