Director \ Asst. Director of Sales-Event 

Primary Responsibilities主要职责

  • Assist in leading, directing and motivating sales team through all necessary sales actions and programs to achieve and excel the annual budget targeted.
  • Promote and sell hotel to be the most popular meeting/banquet venue while concentrating on room sales, maximally utilize all the meeting/function rooms and achieve the highest r evenue desired and targeted.
  • Supervise subordinate staff in handling meeting group request and order forms in details avoiding miscommunications that guests are served to the most satisfaction.
  • Monitor overall account business performance and ensure all account files are updated
  • Lead sales subordinate staff by implementing the joint call program and providing guidance and direction on the development and execution of customer interviews and action plans.

 

  • 指导销售队伍的方向并通过采取所有需要的销售行动和程序来达到并超过预期目标
  • 宣传及积极销售酒店使之成为热度最高的宴会,会议举办酒店,以此争取房间的销售,最大限度地利用会议及多功能厅的设施设备,以取得所预计的最高收益目标
  • 监督指导下属员工掌握会议团队的需要并填写好团队订单,为客人提供最为满意的服务
  • 监督所有商业客户活动并保证所有客户档案及追踪系统得到及时更新
  • 通过执行销售拜访计划、对客户拜访及实施计划提出建议,为下属提供指导

 

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验

  • Over three years relatives work experience.
  • Proficiency in office software.
  • English skills in writing and reading.

 

  • 三年以上相关从业经验。
  • 熟练使用办公软件。
  • 英文读写能力。
