Description

• Develops sales strategy and builds industry relationships to maximize penetration and revenue in assigned industry.
• Drives achievement of revenue quota for vertical and/or horizontal products in assigned industry.
• Build up and maintain sustainable relations with key ministries in China central government
• Identify and manage relations with key decision makers at central government ministries
• Coordinate and manage executive engagement with senior government officials to build up strategic relations
• Advise Sales management team on Chinese government initiatives and strategies
• Plan and implement development strategy including business plan and work procedure related to assigned industry
• Support business growth in all government procurement areas

Requirements:

• 8 to 10 years government relations or government business development experience in MNCs, or leading Chinese local companies
• Proven track record/successful experience in working with government agencies such as MIIT, MOFTEC etc.
• Excellent communication skill and influencing skill
• Strategic thinking and strong analytical skill
• Fluent in English and Chinese
