• Project Management
• Technical Responsibilty
• Capacity planning for business unit
• Development and growth of competences and business
• Support of sales tasks
• Interface to clients and international congresses and events

Which experience should you bring with you?

• University degree in mechanical or vehicle engineering or related education background
• In depth knowledge of vehicle development processes and standards, especially in BIW
• At least 10 years working experience in vehicle development and validation, 5 years management experience
• Strong sense of responsibility, Pro-Activity
• Ability to organize and manage projects and teams independently
• Strong communication skills in organization, negotiation and coordination
