Director, Campaigns, Performance and Acquisition
(Maternity Leave Coverage)
Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Marketing, North & Central America, the Director of Campaigns, Performance and Acquisition is responsible for leading the launch of campaigns, managing the acquisition channels and monitoring the performance of all web-direct activities. A big picture, strategic thinker, with the ability to zoom in on the nitty gritty and be analytical.

What you will be doing:
- Lead the management of the multi-channel campaign calendar that delivers the activity levels needed to hit objectives
- Manage detailed campaign plans through thoughtful planning, integration of relevant content and effective translation into demand generation programs and activities; ensure expectations are set and deadlines are met across teams
- Determine how to analyze and iterate on the campaign to improve future performance
- Report weekly and monthly trends to both internal teams and external hotel clients
- Facilitate communication with key internal and external stakeholders
- Lead the management of the Paid Search, Metasearch and Affiliation programs.
- Analyze performances and propose optimization
- Support and implement central initiatives for the region
- Execute weekly and monthly affiliate, paid search and metasearch global FRHI processes
- Manage campaign budgets and supplemental budgets for sales and marketing initiatives
- Manage the supplemental initiatives of paid search and metasearch run by hotels within their digital plans
- Manage regional budgets
Your experience and skills include:
- 10+ years digital marketing experience, in building brand awareness and generating revenue/leads, at regional or corporate level. International experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, Affiliates, Display…).
- Project management experience
- Ability to effectively build and maintain internal and external relationships.
- Analytical and detail-oriented.
- Strong adaptability and reactivity
- Experience presenting effectively in person and online
- Strong leadership, collaborative & analytical skills
- Able to carry out constructive feedback, to explain, discuss, convince and inform
