  What you will be doing:
• Work closely with clients and hotel teams through planning and events to ensure the success of the program
• Develop, energize and lead a motivated competent and cohesive team
• Adminisiter and develop policies and procedures to ensure a successful transition of groups' requirements through administration of BEOs, pre-con meetings, tastings and site visits.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly forecast, budget and pace reports
  
  Your experience and skills include:
• Previous experience in luxury event services and or sales essential
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required
• Proven ability to plan and organive events effectively, with an acute sense of details
• Working knowledge of Sales & Catering, Property Manager and windows based applications required
