The Director of Corporate Partnerships is responsible for partnering with business leaders to execute on corporate partnership efforts which include partnerships with corporations, non-profits, associations in support of programs, activities, conferences and more. This role will partner closely with the Office of Ethics and Compliance (OEC) and the public affairs team at Allergan Aesthetics and AbbVie to ensure compliant programs that are aligned to our existing processes and brand. The Director role will provide support across the US. The role is focused on three key initiatives: Reviewing corporate partnerships and evaluating their engagements with Allergan Aesthetics with a focus on meeting our business needs Developing strong relationships with corporate partners to drive value of commitments Exploring new potential partnerships for engagement with review by the business and OEC This role is expected to help execute on new programming to support existing Allergan Aesthetics initiatives as well. The person who takes this position will need to work closely with business leaders and champions across the Allergan Aesthetics and AbbVie community to drive corporate partnerships that create measurable impact, execute on communication principles to ensure successful delivery of programs and represent Allergan Aesthetics priorities and effectively influence leaders and key partners to gain alignment around cross functional requirements and strategies. Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies, procedures, and state, federal and local laws. Develop comprehensive knowledge of the products, key messages, compliance, and regulatory requirements for the full product portfolio. Partners with cross-functional leads to deliver against company KPI’s and works closely with internal teams to ensure strategic alignment. Supports the research, analysis, and monitoring of financial, technological, and demographic factors, and designs marketing plans to capitalize on opportunities both internally and externally. Excellent written and oral communications skills with a competency in message creation and public speaking. Enforce & maintain brand and corporate guidelines. Qualifications Skills/knowledge required in: Demonstrated results building creative strategies with human needs at the center Experience operating in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment Analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational experience Knowledge of operational challenges and solving problems in various areas of business Experience in communication strategy development and effective communication skills Associated Press style writing. Business English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation Excellent oral and written skills; communicating clearly and concisely Able to proactively manage deadlines Working autonomously and exercising good judgment Establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships Ability to manage multi projects with strong project management, time management and organizational skills Excellent attention to detail Proficiency in the use of software tools Ideal Candidate Qualifications: Work comfortably within a complex, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders and decision makers Proven performer who is results-oriented, executes against multiple timelines while remaining client-focused to lead solution Bachelor's degree, preferably in related field including communication, public relations, journalism, or equivalent from an accredited college or university. 10+ years' experience in communications, marketing, public relations or non-profit, preferably with a focus on corporate partnerships.
