This is a corporate role base in the Fairmont Makati.
Reporting to the Vice President, Development, Singapore, Philippines & Maldives.

Responsibility

• Drive an aggressive expansion plan for Accor network across the country
• Proactively source new deals in the Philippines for rebranding of existing hotels and new hotel developments
• Execute HMAs/HFAs based on country target KPI
• Maintain an active pipeline of new deals via MOUs
• Establish, nurture and maintain excellent relationships with key consultants and existing/potential hotel owners

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in hotel development, hotel operations / sales & marketing (at HOD level) with international hotel groups or in a relevant field with major real estate developers or international hospitality consultancy firms
• Excellent interpersonal and social skills with a strong focus on relationship building with key consultants and key decision makers of potential hotel owners for deal sourcing, pitching and deal execution
• Good presentation skills and business acumen with strong sales background/personality
• Goal-driven, competitive, passionate,  team player
• Frequent travels and meetings/social gatherings for relationship building
• Fluent in English and Tagalog with an in-depth understanding of local culture
