YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

The primary responsibilities of this role, Director Digital Marketing Learning and Development, are to: 

 

  • Partner with senior leadership in Marketing, Sales, Digital and Strategy to align the learning programs to the business needs and organization strategy;
  • Design and develop a marketing competency model to assess, build, and grow our business capabilities; i.e., use data analytics to drive marketing campaigns in an agile environment;
  • Use your knowledge and expertise to conduct comprehensive needs analyses;
  • Create an engaging, scalable, and high-impact role-based learning curriculum to develop the capabilities according to the competency model and drive business impact for our U.S. Marketing teams;
  • Build a close working relationship with US Marketing to advance their capabilities, processes and skillsets aligned to their business goals and organizational strategy;
  • Stay abreast of industry and marketing changes that will have an impact on the Marketing organization, develop learning initiatives to support the evolving needs of our team;
  • Collaborate with other members of the Learning and Development leadership team and brand teams to ensure optimal training development, deployment and evolution;
  • Direct effective vendor partnerships and relationships to achieve high-quality training outcomes;
  • Be an experienced Marketing professional who understands adult learning principles looking to make a significant impact by transforming the current and future capabilities of our U.S. Marketing teams.

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • At least 10 years of business experience;
  • At least three years of marketing, channel marketing, brand management or agency experience;
  • At least three years of experience in Training or Learning and Development;
  • Excellent managerial acumen and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent project (Agile) and time management skills;
  • Understanding/experience of Agile Methodology;
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, both in-person and in a virtual platform;
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal savvy, listening, platform skills, planning, business acumen, action orientation and functional/technical skills;
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft software, web-based technologies and software programs;
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed, up to 30%.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Advanced degree.
  • Digital Marketing experience
  • SCRUM Master certification
  • Change Management certification
