IFS will be a world-class foundry business and a major US and European-based capacity provider to serve customers globally. We differentiate IFS with a combination of leading-edge packaging and process technology, committed capacity in the US and Europe, plus a world-class IP portfolio including x86 cores, graphics, media, display, AI, interconnect, fabric, and other critical foundational IP, along with Arm and RISC-V ecosystem IPs.

IFS will also provide access to silicon design services to help our customers seamlessly turn silicon into solutions using industry-standard design packages. Intel dedicates IFS to the success of its customers with entire Profit and Loss responsibilities. This model will ensure that our foundry customers' products will receive our utmost focus in terms of service, technology enablement, and capacity commitments. IFS is already engaged with customers today, starting with our existing foundry offerings. We are expanding imminently to include our most advanced technologies optimized for cutting-edge performance, making them ideal for high-performance applications. We are looking for an experienced and collaborative leader who will be responsible for managing and executing strategic deals, partnerships and M&A critical for the growth and scale of Intel Foundry Service.

The responsibilities for this candidate will include:
- Work with subject matter experts across IFS to assess strategic growth opportunities that accelerate IFS's mission and ensure we work with the right partners to achieve our goals.
- Identify, pursue, and manage strategic deals and M&A opportunities for IFS.
- Drive a disciplined deal pipeline process while providing strategic and creative leadership.
- Pipeline creation through research, assessment of companies and strategic fit
- Define strategic rationale, transaction thesis and value drivers, as well as transaction risks.
- Transaction-related analyses with market sizing, valuation, financial impact, synergies and value sizing.
- Driving content and narrative, aligned to key strategic deals, for Executive Leadership Team and BOD discussions.
- Lead deal negotiations define IFS execution plans to support deals and track value driver execution against deal metrics.
- Drive all transaction-related documentation in coordination with legal, including LOIs, definitive agreements, SoWs, and others.

- The ideal candidate should have 10+ years in strategic business development roles in foundry industry with track record of closing large deals.
- Deep expertise in foundry industry, understand industry dynamics and be well networked within this ecosystem.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to translate ambiguous business requirements into complex analyses and actionable insights.
- Keen business acumen and self-starter attitude.
- Building and using detailed/complex financial models.
- Results driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business/engineering.
Foundry or semiconductor industry experience is desired

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$149,430.00-$261,690.00
