- Align with world-wide account teams on business opportunities to drive and promote Learning Services.
- Develop the overall curriculum strategy for content development including development roadmaps for all on-demand and instructor led training curriculums
- Promote attaching learning at time of software sales and standalone opportunities
- Coordinates with sales and customer’s senior managers to structure custom learning with clear objectives, milestones, and resource plans; then oversees their execution.
- Lead the curriculum delivery, Training facilities, partners, contractors, crowd source resources worldwide for instructor-led classroom (public and private) and On-Line virtual classroom delivery and the On-Demand Learning Center.
- Build strong customer relationships to enable establishment of multi-year learning opportunities
- Define operation model for world-wide efficiency including registration, remote delivery, and Ondemand platform with VLABS.
- Interface with DISW Learning Services organization on platforms and tools to drive efficiency
- Develops deep relationships with both customers and EDA teams based on trust & accountability, and leverages those relationships to advance Learning Services.
- Significant professional experience and proven track record in services sales, EDA services sales experience preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in building effective and positive relationships, both across internal organization and with customers.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Product, market, and industry knowledge.
- Project management experience and an ability to handle multiple time-sensitive projects.
- Critical thinker/problem solver
- Partner with the product marketing teams to determine customers’ learning needs and requirements
- Proven world-wide management experience
- BS/MS degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of services management experience
- Ability to communicate at all levels, both internally and with the customer
- Good organizational skills and ability to work on multiple concurrent tasks
- Good problem solving skills
- Preferred location in Fremont area but open to other regions across U.S.
- Strong customer-service ethic in dealing both with external and internal customers.
