opportunity to support development of our global strategic agenda.
Reporting to the Director of Global eCommerce Strategy, Operations, Analytics,
and 4P Management this role plays an integral role supporting and shaping the
strategic direction of Lenovo’s E-Commerce business. This is an ideal position
for a confident and self-motivated individual to use their analytical,
communication, and project management skills on a global scale to solve
problems, deliver proactive and insightful analysis and drive business
transformation. Responsibilities include:
• Own eCommerce transformation, implementation, and execution with global,
cross-functional teams. Drive change management for eCommerce in coordination
with our key business partners
• Lead timely, relevant business analytic analysis (e.g., market share
analysis, pro-forma modeling, variance analysis, and expense czar)
• Create Executive (CEO, COO) presentations on strategic direction, financial
performance, and operational execution
• Guide regional and functional stakeholders and hold them accountable for
timelines. Coordinate and conduct weekly business performance reviews;
contribute with market and competitor insights to improve business performance
• Pro-actively generating growth opportunities in collaboration with Geography
and Product Group counterparts
• Serve as a thought partner for the Director and Vice President / GM Global
E-Commerce on operational and strategic issues
• Initiate and contribute to improvements in assigned business processes
• Advocate on behalf of the customer and have a customer-centric approach to
the above responsibilities
• Build strong relationships across eCommerce leadership and cross-functional
Lenovo executives
• Lead a team of financial analysts, project managers, and strategy &
operations professionals
#### Position Requirements:
Position Requirements:
• MBA Required or equivalent advanced educational training
• 15+ years professional experience; Formal management consulting experience,
E-Commerce and work in multi-national/global, matrixed organizations preferred
• Demonstrated passion for technology and/or experience in the personal
technology industry
• Demonstrated project management (managing concurrent initiatives, tight time
lines)
• Demonstrated experience leveraging strategy concepts to frame problem
solving including quantitative acumen (financial modeling, P&L management)
• Experience with global program office management/ project management
• Described as hands-on, positive, pragmatic, flexible and results-driven
