This opportunity would suit a seasoned Financial Services Learning & Development professional who wants to enhance experience and diversity of role within a leading international Financial Services company, based in Hong Kong. This role for example will focus on the development and roll out of L&D strategies, partnering with internal stakeholders, advancing graduate recruitment, onboarding programs and delivery of orientation workshops. A small amount of travel will be required.

To be considered for this position, you will need to be confident, highly experienced , with proven experience in L&D, performance management and graduate recruitment. It is imperative that the successful candidate has first-class communication skills in English - written and verbal. Mandarin would be an advantage.
