This is an excellent opportunity for a senior Learning and Development specialist to join a leading Financial Services Group. This position is ideally suited to an individual looking to enhance exposure within key elements of organisational L&D. This is a valuable six month opportunity.

Working with both the leadership and regional teams, this position will  focus  on creating high quality, engaging and interactive content. With attention towards company wide projects; specifically designing, developing and delivering content. Freedom will be given to lead industry benchmarks.

The successful candidate must possess a minimum of ten years experience within L&D, preferably across APAC with at least some advanced experience of onboarding design and delivery. It is imperative that the successful candidate has first-class communication skills in English, as well as strong influencing skills. Mandarin would be an advantage.
