Associate / Director - Human Resources & Administration - Shenzhen
Responsibilities :
- Directly report to the senior management team;
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR and Administration functions of PRC plant in Shenzhen;
- Hands-on experience in all-round areas including policy formulation and execution, manpower planning, staff recruitment, outreach hiring of workers, compensation and benefits, performance management and employee relations;
- Able to interpret operation needs and translate HR and Administration initiatives into business strategies;
- Ensure regular reports including budget & forecast will be submitted to management in a timely manner;
- Handle ad hoc projects as required.
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines;
- At least 15 years solid HR & Administration experience with minimum 5 years at supervisory level, preferably in electronics manufacturing industry;
- Strong connection with Shenzhen local authorities is an advantage;
- Well versed with PRC Labor Ordinance and Individual Income Tax rules;
- Strong analytical ability, well-organized and sensitive to figures;
- Independent, self-motivator and executor;
- Strong communication and influencing skills in dealing with both internal and external parties;
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Putonghua;
- Computer proficiency in MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint;
- Stationed in Shenzhen is a MUST;
- Dormitory will be provided by the Company.
