Job Description

Our Clients are leaders in their area (OEM & ODM manufacturing, trading & services, logistics, property development), having a stable growth in the local and worldwide market. Due to business expansion, they would like to look for talented and experienced professionals to join their successful team. 

Associate / Director - Human Resources & Administration - Shenzhen

Responsibilities :

  • Directly report to the senior management team;
  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR and Administration functions of PRC plant in Shenzhen;
  • Hands-on experience in all-round areas including policy formulation and execution, manpower planning, staff recruitment, outreach hiring of workers, compensation and benefits, performance management and employee relations;
  • Able to interpret operation needs and translate HR and Administration initiatives into business strategies;
  • Ensure regular reports including budget & forecast will be submitted to management in a timely manner;
  • Handle ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines;
  • At least 15 years solid HR & Administration experience with minimum 5 years at supervisory level, preferably in electronics manufacturing industry;
  • Strong connection with Shenzhen local authorities is an advantage;
  • Well versed with PRC Labor Ordinance and Individual Income Tax rules;
  • Strong analytical ability, well-organized and sensitive to figures;
  • Independent, self-motivator and executor;
  • Strong communication and influencing skills in dealing with both internal and external parties;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Putonghua;
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint;
  • Stationed in Shenzhen is a MUST;
  • Dormitory will be provided by the Company.
