Job Description
#### Position Description:


We are seeking a Customer Quality Director for our Cloud Service Provider
Business. This person will maintain key relationships with some of our most
valued Cloud Service Provider customers.  This individual will also be in a
very high-profile segment within Lenovo and must be comfortable with Executive
Level Discussions and critical decision-making abilities across Lenovo and
with the clients.

#### Position Requirements:


Minimum Requirements:
•10+ years of leadership/management experience with a highly skilled cross
functional teams
• 8+ years of work experience in technical program management in
datacenter/Hyperscale or industry
• 7+ years in server product experience space
• BS degree in related technical field and MS degree preferred

Preferred skills:
• Strong ownership and end to end quality execution
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
•  Ability to create quarterly business quality plans and annual Quality
Playbooks
• Integrity, willingness to provide feedback in challenging situations
• BS or MS degree in related technical field and MS degree preferred Knowledge
of supply chain very important
• Project and Program Management Skills – PMP preferred
• LSS Master Black Belt Preferred
• Proficient in managing an engineering team
