In this position you would be responsible for overseeing sub-system/system memory design and simulation, performance and circuit area within NAND engineering. Responsibility would include overseeing the design of chip layout, circuit design, circuit checking, device evaluation and characterization, documentation of specifications, prototype construction and checkout, modification and evaluation of semiconductor devices and components; supervising the implementation of appropriate circuits to assure memory testability, reviewing product requirements and logic diagrams, planning and organizing design projects or phases of design projects. This function implies contribution to continuous improvement to drive better performance, circuits area and power for NAND memory.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering or similar technical degree
• Substantial experience as a Senior Design Manager or equivalent design leadership responsibilities
• Substantial NAND domain experience in sub-system and system architecture definition, and design/layout/simulation
• Technical team leadership experience
• Excellent written and Verbal Communication
